The first heat press smooths and flattens garment fibers, while the second cures the pre-treat and binder to create an ideal surface for printing. Flash units then cure the pre-treat layer and dry the white ink before color application, with fully adjustable pressure, temperature, time, and cycle settings—ensuring consistent quality, speed, and throughput.
